The Education Coordinator will be a critical member of the Let's Be Clear team, responsible for developing, testing, and executing our workshop series, as well as helping develop educational content for various media platforms. We are looking for an educator who is as excited about developing workshops as they are about leading them, and who understands the importance of framing education about sexual violence in a way that’s accessible to everyone.

ReSPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
Conceptualize and design Let’s Be Clear education materials, such as workshops, blog posts and sales presentations.
In collaboration with the marketing team, develop education-specific website content, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
Lead workshops with local schools, colleges, universities, and organizations.
Train team members to run workshops.
Work with team members to define scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure needs and expectations are met.
Maintain educational materials across channels and ensure consistency.
Ability to attend internal and client meetings.
Ability to set, work on, and meet deadlines.
Dedicate 8-12 hours per week to Let’s Be Clear.
Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, sociology, or related field.
Master’s degree in education, psychology, sociology, or related field (preferred).
Teaching experience or relevant volunteer work.
Experience working on, and leading workshops related to, sexual violence prevention and consent education.
A solid understanding of the principles of education, including curriculum development, activity and community-based learning, and workshop facilitation.
Driven team player eager to take responsibility and lead a project through to completion.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Located in the Boston area (preferred).
Have a valid US driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
Compensation will primarily come in the form of equity -- ie. partial ownership of the company. Please note that because we’re a startup with extremely limited capital, we cannot guarantee consistent compensation in the form of paychecks. As such, a role with Let’s Be Clear should be something you consider taking on in addition to another position (whether full or part time) that offers you financial stability.
